Starting with October 1st 2007, you will need the WebTrader application which is available at la http://ssif-romintrade.bmfms.ro in order to get connected to the ELTRANS transacting platform, in stead of the ELTRANS client. You will be able to connect using the same username and password like you used in order to connect to the ELTRANS transacting platform, as the passwords export will be done starting with August 28^th 2007, 17:00.         Dear clients,

            We inform you that the Sibiu Monetary-Financial and Commodities Exchange has announced that starting with October 1st 2007, eight new derivative instruments will be launched for transactions:

It's about five new instruments having as active support stocks listed at the Rasdaq market: Iproeb Bistrita, Imostrust Arad(ex-Arconserv), Albalact Alba Iulia, ArmaxGaz Medias and Dafora Medias, respectively three instruments having as active support stocks listed at the BVB, and they are Oil Terminal Constanta, Codmag Brasov and Transelectrica Bucuresti.

Seven out of hte new instruments ( Iproeb, Imostrust, Albalact, ArmaxGaz, Dafora, Oil Terminal and Condmag) have been recently approved by the National Securities Commission who sent the Sibiu market the certificates of registration nr. 59-65 from September 10th 2007. The specifications for these products will be published on the stock market's site after September 17th.

BMFMS reminds you that the derivatives for TRANSELECTRICA stocks (futures and options) have been approved via certificates 57 and 58 from May 30th 2007. They have not been available because of the 4th BMFMS regulation's stipulations according to which, in order to be transacted into the derivatives market, the active support must be transacted for at least 12 months onto the spot market.
